Occupational Health and Safety

According to the Occupational Safety Act (ASIG), companies must be responsible for the occupational health and safety care of their employees.

To meet this obligation, company physicians and occupational safety specialists must be appointed for the companies.

The forms of supervision that employers can choose for occupational health and safety supervision are described in more detail in the accident prevention regulation DGUV Regulation 2 "Company physicians and occupational safety specialists".
